A payment of 50% of the booking total or $250 (whichever is greater) is due within 7 days of making a reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late checkouts. Smoking permitted outside only. Taxes & Fees: All rates assume double occupancy on the Studios. Additional cleaning fees will apply to all stays of less than 7 nights. Discounted rates may be available for long term stays (over 28 days). Additional $10/night per person Studio and $20/night per person Main House charge may apply for guests over normal occupancy. Payment Methods: Cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal Cancellations & Policies: Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival forfeit deposit (unless unit is re-rented); cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit full payment (unless unit is re-rented); plus 10% administration fee of total original booking.
